Is this your next step?

Multiple projects

Review website and database usage and traffic before choosing resources.

Business application

Define application and OS requirements, data size and expected workload.

Test environment

Define compatibility, access, data policy and usage duration.

What is included? Agree the details.

Management & licences

Management, cPanel and Windows are separate extras priced before ordering.

Network & backups

Transfer, protection, IPs, RAID and backups require separate confirmation; drive redundancy does not replace backups.

Provisioning & upgrades

Delivery time, upgrade options, setup and renewal fees require supplier review before ordering.

When should I choose economy over entry-level servers?

Choose economy when applications need resources or expansion options beyond a suitable entry-level configuration. Compare CPU, RAM, drives, network and actual cost; the category name alone does not determine performance or suitability.

Are economy servers managed?

Base offers are unmanaged. You manage the operating system, software, updates and application security. A separate management service and its scope and cost can be discussed before ordering.

Are these suitable for applications, databases and virtualisation?

Suitability depends on software requirements, workload, drives and licences. Virtual machines, databases, resource needs and compatibility are reviewed before recommendation; no fixed number is guaranteed for every configuration.

Are cPanel or Plesk included?

Paid control panels are not included in these base offers. Panel and OS compatibility, licence type and account count are reviewed before pricing.

How do HDD, SSD and NVMe differ?

HDDs use mechanical storage and are often used for larger capacity. SSDs have no moving parts; NVMe is a protocol used by SSDs over PCIe. Actual performance depends on the drive, configuration and workload. Drive type is confirmed for each order.

Are backups included? Is RAID enough?

Backups are not included by default. Storage, schedule, retention and restoration are defined when the service is requested. RAID, where configured, does not replace an independent backup.

Is traffic unlimited? What does network speed mean?

Network speed in Mbps differs from monthly transfer allowance. Transfer limits, guaranteed throughput and usage policies depend on configuration and location and are reviewed before approval.

What protection is available, and who secures the system and content?

Included provider network protection is reviewed before ordering. For unmanaged service, the customer remains responsible for OS and application security, user access and software and content updates. Network protection does not prevent every attack.

Can I migrate websites or upgrade the server?

Files, databases, email and compatibility are reviewed before defining migration scope and cost. Upgrades depend on hardware and availability and may require migration to another machine or agreed downtime.

How are setup and renewal charged, and when is delivery?

The first invoice includes the monthly subscription and one-time setup, followed by subscription only, plus selected extras. The previously calculated 14% is not added again to displayed prices. Provisioning time is confirmed after payment, configuration and availability checks.
