01 / SUBSCRIPTION

A one-year subscription

Your commercial subscription term is stated in the order and invoice. A certificate file may have a shorter validity and need reissuance during the subscription.

02 / RENEWAL

Clear renewal terms

Renewal price, reissuance and installation arrangements are confirmed before purchase. Continuity depends on completing required procedures.

CLEAR SCOPE / NO SURPRISES

Clear before you order.

  • Covered names and www support are confirmed against the product and issued certificate.
  • External-hosting or additional-server installation requires separate review and agreement.
  • Extensive mixed-content fixes, application repairs and server administration are not automatically included.
  • SSL protects data in transit; it is not a comprehensive anti-hacking or malware-removal service.
  • Issuance, refunds and issuer warranties follow product terms and applicable policies.
  • 14% VAT is added; review the final total and invoice before payment.
Is a paid certificate always stronger than a free one?

Not necessarily. Choose based on coverage, validation, support and product features; price alone does not measure encryption strength.

Does Premium verify my company identity?

The Premium product shown here uses domain validation. For extended organization verification, review EV eligibility and requirements.

Does Wildcard cover every domain?

No. Coverage applies to the domain and covered direct subdomains. Separate domains and deeper levels are not automatically covered.

Will EV show a green company name?

We do not promise a particular address-bar display. Certificate and organization information is presented according to the browser.

Is installation included?

Installation assistance on compatible HVIPS hosting is included as scoped. External hosting and extra servers are reviewed before ordering.

Does annual billing mean one certificate file lasts a full year?

Not necessarily. Issuer rules may require reissuance and installation during the subscription. Arrangements are clarified before purchase.
