It is assessed first and incident remediation is quoted separately. Included onboarding applies to a healthy server and counts towards the first month’s hours; a subscription does not automatically cover an existing incident.
Code repairs, large migrations, disaster recovery and major OS upgrades are outside the base scope. Additional work is scoped and priced before execution.
We agree a secure method and suitable permissions. Do not place passwords in order descriptions or public messages; a scoped technical account can be used when appropriate.
Annual billing costs ten monthly payments instead of twelve and is paid upfront. Request and hour allowances reset monthly and do not become a pooled annual balance. Setup is zero; extra work costs USD25 per hour with customer approval.
