Account & acceptance
1.1These terms govern use of the HVIPS website and services. Read them together with the service specifications, order summary and any written scope before paying.
1.2The account holder must be at least 18 or an authorised representative of the contracting organisation. Provide accurate details and keep contact information current.
1.3Protect login credentials and use available verification tools. Report suspected unauthorised access by ticket promptly. Identity checks may be required for sensitive changes or service ownership transfers.
Service scope & activation
2.1Resources, add-ons and billing cycle listed in the order define the service purchased. “Up to” or “unlimited” does not mean unlimited physical resources; plan limits and acceptable use apply.
2.2Activation depends on payment confirmation, order checks and technical availability. Provisioning times are confirmed where needed; placing an order alone does not guarantee instant activation.
2.3Management, licences, migration and backup are included only where stated in the order. Scope or price changes are documented before implementation.
Billing, payment & renewal
3.1Invoices identify currency, billing cycle, applicable setup charges, taxes and the payable total. Applicable setup charges are separate from recurring subscription fees.
3.2Pay before the due date shown on the invoice. Early invoicing does not shorten a paid term. Late payment does not guarantee a new billing period starting on the payment date.
3.3Renewal price changes are communicated before application and do not alter an already paid term. Automatic renewal, where available, depends on payment method and account settings.
Overdue services, suspension & deletion
4.1Services may be suspended on expiry or non-payment. Suspension and termination timings vary by service and are communicated in order details or renewal notices before the due date. There is no guaranteed universal grace period.
4.2After termination, service data may be permanently deleted and the same resources or IP may no longer be recoverable. Retention after expiry or cancellation is not guaranteed without a written agreement specifying it.
4.3If payment may be delayed, open a ticket before the due date. Extensions need written confirmation; a ticket or evidence of an uncleared transfer does not automatically grant an extension.
4.4Export data before cancellation or expiry. Suspension does not imply an available backup; paying arrears after permanent deletion cannot restore deleted data.
Cancellation & refunds
5.1The hosting and VPS refund policy requires a problem with the supplied service, reported to support with an opportunity to resolve it. A change of mind or no longer needing a correctly supplied service is not covered.
5.2For annual hosting and VPS subscriptions, refund requests must be made within 30 days of service commencement. Monthly subscriptions have a 7-day window, subject to the same conditions.
5.3Templates are not refundable after delivery and installation when there is no problem. Report defects for investigation and remedy under the product scope and applicable rights.
5.4Registered domains, activated licences and dedicated servers are outside the stated 30-day and 7-day guarantee. The hosting guarantee is not a blanket guarantee for all services, renewals or add-ons.
5.5Submit cancellation and refund requests by ticket from the registered account, including service ID and problem details. Any eligible refund and applicable non-cancellable costs are explained clearly. This policy does not limit mandatory legal rights.
| Cycle | Request window from commencement | Condition |
|---|---|---|
| Annual | 30 days | Service problem + support report + opportunity to resolve |
| Monthly | 7 days |
Content & acceptable use
6.1Radio, film and music content owned or lawfully licensed by the customer is permitted where compatible with the service and its infrastructure policy. Evidence of publication or broadcast rights may be requested.
6.2Unlawful or pirated content, phishing, fraud, malware, spam, denial-of-service attacks, privacy or intellectual-property violations, child exploitation and hate speech are prohibited.
6.3Do not harm networks or other customers or circumvent contracted resource limits. Permitted SSH, RDP and administration tools may be used lawfully within plan permissions.
6.4Resources may be limited or services suspended to protect the platform or address a violation. We communicate the action and reason where feasible; security risks or legal requirements may require immediate action.
Hosting, reseller, VPS & dedicated servers
7.1Shared and cloud hosting are subject to plan CPU, memory, process and storage limits. Growing usage may require optimisation or an upgrade after reviewing requirements.
7.2Resellers support their own customers and ensure compliance with acceptable use. Access to or transfer of sub-customer data requires checks of authority and rights.
7.3VPS and dedicated servers do not include full management without an explicit subscription or agreement. Customers manage software, updates and access on unmanaged services. Limited plan-specific assistance is not full management.
7.4Transfer allowances, port speeds and licences depend on the offer. A shared port is not guaranteed dedicated throughput per connection. Overage and add-on terms are confirmed before ordering.
Backup & recovery
8.1Hosting backup is available throughout the active subscription under service settings. Frequency, retention and restoration options are specified in service details or written confirmation; ongoing backup does not mean retaining every copy since signup.
8.2KnownHost-based reseller hosting uses standard JetBackup retention of two daily copies and one weekly copy. Extended retention is a separate option subject to availability and order.
8.3Linux and Windows VPS and dedicated-server backup is a separate paid subscription. Capacity, schedule, retention and restoration are defined in the backup offer. RAID or an additional disk is not an independent off-server backup.
8.4No post-expiry retention is promised without a written agreement. Keep an independent copy of important data and verify it. Restoration depends on copies actually available.
Website & data migration
9.1The first hosting migration is free subject to technical compatibility and valid access and data. Scope is reviewed before work; customers verify website, email and data after migration.
9.2VPS, dedicated-server and large-project migrations are separately quoted based on website count, control panels and data size and complexity. Extra work is disclosed before implementation.
Domains, SSL, email & radio
10.1Domain registration, renewal and transfer follow registry, registrar and extension rules. No single grace period is assumed for every domain; status and any redemption fees are confirmed before action.
10.2SSL issuance depends on validation and certificate type. Email and radio follow contracted storage, sending or listener limits and streaming bitrate.
10.3Customers are responsible for lawful messages and broadcast rights. Spam and unauthorised retransmission are prohibited; buying hosting does not provide required content licences.
Design, development & delivery
11.1Design: 50% before work begins and 50% after preview, before completion and handover. The project offer defines platform, pages, languages, revisions and customer-supplied content.
11.2Development: 33% before work begins, 33% when 50% of the work is completed and the final 34% after final review, before handover. Milestones and scope are documented.
11.3Out-of-scope changes are quoted with their schedule impact before implementation. The project agreement defines cancellation, settlement for completed work, and file, code and licence rights. Third-party asset ownership is not assumed to transfer.
Campaigns, advertising & SEO
12.1Campaigns require 100% payment before work begins. HVIPS commercial policy is that campaign payments are non-refundable, without limiting mandatory legal rights. The offer identifies management scope, platform ad budget and what payment covers before collection.
12.2Channels, targeting, content and approval arrangements are agreed with the customer. Video production or creative design is included only when stated in the offer.
12.3Sales volume, financial returns and first-place search rankings are not guaranteed. Results depend on competition, budget, website, market and platform policies. Reporting follows the agreed work and measurement scope.
Support, complaints & responsibilities
13.1Tickets from the registered account are the official record for cancellations, refunds, sensitive changes and complaints. WhatsApp supports enquiries and coordination; completion by ticket may be required.
13.2Provide the service ID, problem description and when it occurred, without publishing passwords in public channels. Support scope depends on the service and contracted management plan.
13.3Incidents and complaints are reviewed against their cause, agreed scope and applicable rights. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates & privacy
14.1This page shows its revision and last update date. Material contractual changes are communicated before taking effect, subject to urgent legal or security requirements.
14.2Personal data is handled under the published privacy policy. These terms govern service use and do not replace privacy details or a written project scope.
14.3This version is published for review in the redesigned site. Existing contracts refer to the version and details accepted at order time and any effective changes communicated to the customer.
